A new 1,500 m2 building is going up on the Groupe Maillard Industrie site at Autechaux.
This 10th building, which will be completed this summer, will house a fast-growing activity at GMI: the manufacture of sanitary, comfort and rest modules for public transport drivers.
GMI is now the European benchmark in the “end-of-line” sanitary equipment market.
Thanks to its expertise in metallurgy and plastics processing, and its capacity for innovation through its large design office, GMI has made a name for itself in this sector.
The sanitary modules are designed and manufactured in Autechaux and installed by GMI throughout France and Europe.
GMI is a genuine equipment partner for public transport companies, contributing its expertise, know-how and R&D capabilities to improve drivers’ well-being at work.
