GMI obtains renewal of its ISO 9001 certification

ITS and POLYTECH, the 2 French units of GROUPE MAILLARD INDUSTRIE, have obtained the renewal of the ISO 9001-V2015 certification.

GMI’s quality approach has thus been validated once again. Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement have been at the heart of the GMI Group’s strategy for many years:

“We are proud to have achieved our ISO 9001 certification according to Version 2015,” explains Christophe POZZA, Quality Manager. This year, we have worked in depth to adapt our quality management system to the new requirements of the standard. This work has helped us to :

• Evaluate more precisely the expectations of our various stakeholders,
• Understand even better how to increase customer satisfaction,
• Identify and anticipate the risks associated with each of our processes,
• Involve all our teams more closely to find all possible levers for improvement”.

The renewal of our ISO 9001 certification is further evidence of GMI’s ability to adapt to changing market conditions: “Our customers are reassured to know that we have a proven system in place, which is regularly monitored.
