A TECHNIQUE WITH A FIRM FOOTHOLD

For 20 years, the Maillard Industrie Group has been providing technical support for its clients in industrial thermoforming. From designing to product engineering, the Maillard Industrie Group has the human skills and technical resources needed to provide optimised solutions for technical and visible parts.

The Maillard Industrie Group includes the design and manufacture of moulds and tools, produced as prototypes or for mass production, in their industrial process. This type of integration offers total compatibility and flexibility with production lines as well as total quality management of the parts produced.

Because our high-speed machining centre is directly linked to the design department, models and tools can be manufactured rapidly with flexibility and reactivity.

To meet growing expectations concerning the complexity, precision, appearance, quality and productivity of parts, the Maillard Industrie Group designs and constructs their own thermoforming lines.

State-of-the-art technological facilities

The production workshop organisation and efficient machine fleet provide great flexibility and high potential in volume and production of thick and large-sized itemss.

 
 

The Maillard Industrie Group is specialised in extreme thicknesses:
2 à 12 mm, and large dimensions: 3000 x 2200 mm
and up to 550 mm high.

The main materials transformed include:
ABS, PMMA, polyethylene, polypropylene, high-impact polystyrene, polycarbonate, co-extruded elastomer plastics, etc.

The thermoforming technology can be used to obtain parts with a grained or specific finish, back drafts and sharp angles.

MACHINING:
After being thermoformed, the parts are sent to numerically controlled 5-axis machining centres. These machines make it possible to produce all types of machining and technical trimming combining precision, quality, repeatability and productivity.

FINISHING:
A finishing workshop completes the installations and ensures control and assembly operations: gluing, high-frequency welding, silk screen marking and painting, riveting, and accessory and insert assembly.
